I am a consumer who keeps my vehicles a long time. So, I want to make sure they stay in great condition inside and out. My current van has only 84,000 miles, so it's a youngster, since I kept my past van to 205,000 miles before I traded it in.
Pablo and his team at this very talented body and repair shop are very good at what they do, and they repaired the dented- in right side of my van, fixed up the dents and dings, and proactively fixed pre-rusting bubbled sections on my van so it looks new again.
They matched the paint very well, and even did some minor extra body repair work at no added cost as part of the repair. To add to this, they cleaned and vacuumed the inside and washed the outside, so it looks new on the outside and inside. A car rental through Enterprise Rental was easy and simple. They picked me up at Precision,and I got very fair car rental pricing for the 2 1/2 days it took to complete the work.
I will certainly bring my van back again for future repair work! They are honest, they show you how their pricing is a good savings from dealership body work and repair, and they have a pleasant, smiling attitude. They are very much a breath of fresh air.

After messaging Axel about painting quotes and services, I ended up bringing my Evo X hood yesterday night for painting, and throughout the whole process, both Pablo and Axel were really helpful and understanding.
They quoted for about two days from start to finish, but the whole process only took a few hours. Even without blending the fenders, the resulting color of the hood was basically 100% match. The color matching process only took about 5-10 minutes and I was able to take my car with me, I didn't even have to leave it there.
Process took a few hours and I was able to pick up the hood, the same day, in results that far exceeded my expectations. I recommend this shop to anyone in need of car service, Pablo and Axel are both really insightful, patient, and honest people. The quality they deliver is superb. I'll be coming back to them in the near future to get my rear bumper painted and much more.
This is my second time coming here for car work, this time I had a rear bumper painted and installed. The bumper was shipped poorly and came damaged, but Pablo and his team were able to fix it for a reasonable cost and in a timely manner.
He even threw in some complementary components and washed my car to make it look that much nicer! I plan on bringing my car here for all my future modifications thanks to the great customer service they always provide to me. Highly recommended for any car problems or modifications.
Took my 2012 GTR here awhile back for a paint job and they did an excellent job. I am very picky in choosing a repair shop due to bad experiences I had in the past. Pablo, the owner walked me around the car to check to see if there were any imperfection, and to my surprise I couldn't find any! I would definitely come back if I ever need auto repair.

When I stepped into the reception area of Precision Collision Center and saw the incredible collection of miniature replicas of classic cars (from the 1920's to the present era) displayed in the glass cabinets taking up an entire wall, I got the sense that they are passionate about cars. After meeting and talking to the owner, Pablo, I realized that he is very passionate about cars, and he has the same passion when it comes to fixing cars by being meticulous with every detail and providing high quality workmanship throughout the whole repair process. All of his technicians and mechanics are certified.
I had a lot of paint damage on both right passenger side doors of my 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid, and so I took it to two shops to get an estimate for a new paint job on just the right side and repairing a small dent. Precision provided me with a competitive price quote, and I was also pleased to learn that they only use water-based paint that is environmentally-friendly, and that they would provide me with ride to the Metro nearby if I needed it.
While I was there to get a quote to repaint the passenger side doors and repair the dent, I also asked Pablo about some rust that had formed on the edge of my driver door. He asked why the door looked slightly misaligned, and I told him that I had it repaired by another shop (which will remain unnamed) about 3 years ago when the driver side door was badly damaged in an accident. He said that if it was repaired only 3 years ago, it shouldn't have any rust yet, so he suspected that the other shop probably did not do the repairs correctly.
Since I had that door repaired through my insurance 3 years ago and kept good records, he said it may still be under warranty and that my insurer might pay to have it redone correctly. Pablo's suspicion was right. When my insurer was made aware of the problem, they sent an adjuster out to inspect the defective repairs on the driver door and authorized to have it redone at no additional cost to me. To be fair, I should mention that the shop that did the original repairs called me after they learned about the situation to ask for another chance to repair the driver door at no additional cost. Otherwise my insurer would charge them for the repairs. However, I told them that I would not be returning to them because I had lost confidence and trust in their ability to do it right. I then authorized Precision to do the necessary repairs.
A week later, my car was done and the result was amazing. My 7-year old Civic looked like a new car with shiny coats of paint on both sides. My insurer would pay for the repairs associated withthe left driver side door, and I paid for repairs on the right passenger side and the small dent.
Pablo also showed me the old door skin and said that the shop that did the original repairs had apparently either dented the inside of the door skin or used a damaged door skin when they did the repairs, and that my insurer had also mentioned that they have had numerous complaints from other customers about that same shop.
As an added bonus for his customers, Pablo also had my car washed and the inside thoroughly cleaned. I was extremely satisfied with the results, and I would highly recommend Precision to my family and friends. I would definitely return to Precision for repairs (I learned they also do mechanical work) because of their customer service, meticulous and high quality workmanship, comparable pricing, use of environmentally-friendly water-based paint, and of course, passion for cars.

This body/mechanical shop is one of the best that I have been to. The employees and owners are so accommodating and knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable and they always give me different options so I don't feel boxed into only one option for repair.
One of my favorite things is that, as someone who knows nothing about cars, they don't make me feel stupid! Rather, they take the time to help me understand the issue and what needs to be done. They get work done timely and always offer to work with my schedule. I have dealt mostly with Pablo and some with Axel and can't say enough about how wonderful my experiences have been. So story here is i needed a paint job for a few body parts on my z. Spoiler and front lip kit to be exact. They did a great job w the paint matching and will definitely vouch for their quality of work. So that was about three months ago. But im back again with an even bigger job for them. Customer service is superb and very easy to talk to. Best of all their prices are great.
I've known the owner Pablo Argote for 5yrs now and he's the best mechanic I've dealt with since I've been behind the wheels. He's very honest, fair and consistent with his customers especially when he's given a task and tries to build a lifetime relationship. I relocated out off the DMV area for couple years and I must say not have Pablo servicing my car took a great toll on me I,e; not having great price, outstanding workmanship even going far and beyond.
I got back into the area 5 months ago and purchase a CLS 500 which needed some touch-up and I got referred to some mechanics around the area but didn't get any to perform with integrity. I then had to track Pablo down since I know the worth of his job, I offered him the job and within 24hrs there was progress which I didn't get for 3 weeks with the others.
Over the years, Pablo became more than just my mechanic but also a brother to me with his heart warming personality. I'll always be a recurring customer at the Precision Collision Center because I know I'm in good hands.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Pablo and his crew at Precision Collision Center for the past 6 months. I was recommended to Pablo's shop by a few friends on an enthusiast car forum so I took my GT-R to his shop for fix a few paint chips and scratches on the rear bumper.

I've been to many shops, repaired a lot of damage, paid a lot of money, but Precision Collision stands alone in my book. Pablo (the owner) treated me with integrity, empathy , and most of all FAIRNESS! To be honest, fair is an understatement.

I was referred to PCC by a colleague and I will be forever in his debt. Pablo and Serge are knowledgeable and extremely professional and will go way out of their way to make sure your problem gets addressed. I have a 1981 MB 280SL affectionately named Tilly that needed an engine and a few other tweaks.
After many many phone calls and multiple refusals of engines that were "not as advertised", Pablo found the exact same engine and Sergio did the install. I have her back now and she purrs. She could not have been in better hands.
We discussed options, made decisions, reviewed what they were going to do and how they were going to do it every step of the way. Great communication skills and customer service! I also took my 1995 Toyota Tacoma pick-up truck in for an oil change. I don't know what Serge did, but my gas mileage improved noticeably.
Bottom line, they go the extra mile and I would recommend them unconditionally. I love these guys!!

I visited PCC and met the manager Axel Martinez, he was extremely professional and courteous. I had been to 3 other shops and nobody could figure out what was wrong with my car. The technicians ran a diagnosis and had the problem resolved within the hour. The entirety of the staff is friendly and always willing to help. I'd strongly recommend this shop to anyone who wants a good job with competitive pricing.

Your first step would be to contact your carrier with your auto claim. Some insurers require you do this online, while others opt for the phone route. With a few, you can choose either method.
If you decide to file online, you'll go to the claims filing page of your car insurer's site. While there, you may be asked to provide a user name and password, or perhaps give your policy number.
No matter which method you choose, you'll likely need to provide the following information (with some variations):
- Policy number (can be found on your insurance card).
- Date of the accident.
- Location of the accident.
- Description of how the accident occurred.
- Name, address, license plate, and insurance information for the other party involved.
- Name of the police department involved (if applicable).
- Police report number (if applicable).
The Investigation Phase
After filing the claim, a representative from your company should follow up you with shortly.
During this period, your insurer will determine if your policy covers your claim. If it doesn't, the rep will tell you. If it does, you'll likely be asked for additional information about the accident. (Part of this depends on how much information you provided when you filed the claim.)
You may be asked to obtain and submit a copy of the police report. That's assuming you contacted the police, which you should always do, even for minor accidents. Your insurer may also interview any witnesses to the accident.
Your insurer may send one of its claims adjusters or inspectors to evaluate your vehicle, and provide a repair estimate. Or, it may ask you to visit one of its approved body shops for a quote, or tell you to obtain a couple of estimates from shops of your choice and have them submitted for review.
Keep in mind you have the right to choose your own body shop. But, if your insurer feels the shop charged too much for the work performed, you may need to pay the difference.
Some auto insurance companies will offer to have your car towed or handle your rental car accommodations, if either are needed. Of course, this also depends on the types of coverage you carry.
Once you tell your carrier which shop will perform the repairs and your claim has been approved, the final phase can begin.

Auto Body Repair Process
Below is a brief explanation of the steps involved in the repair process of your vehicle. See step-by-step how we restore your vehicle to its original condition!
In the Estimate Process are the vehicle is inspected by a trained estimator and relevant data is entered into estimate computer systems. This data is compiled into an estimate that determines the cost of repairs. However, often there is hidden damage that can not be seen until after the vehicle is disassembled.
2. Insurance Approval
Once the estimate is completed, the insurance company will review the estimate and may make changes. There may be some negotiations on the price and procedures required to repair the vehicle. The insurance company will determine if the vehicle is even repairable. Once this process is completed, the vehicle begins the actual repair process. The policies of each insurance company varies. Contact your insurance agent for complete details.
In disassembly, hidden damage is often found, and inner structure repairs are determined. At times this may require us to recontact the insurance company and update the insurance estimate as well as order additional parts.
4. Order Parts
The required parts for your vehicle are ordered, and availability is checked. If a part needs to be special ordered, the order will be placed as soon as possible. Although many parts may arrive very quickly, the repair process can not begin until the shop receives all of the structural parts.
5. Structure Repair
In the structure repair area, the unitized body is returned back to the factory specification. A sophisticated measuring system is used to monitor and analyze the frame of your vehicle. This system assures that every vehicle will be returned to the factory specifications, and assures and accurate repair.
6. Color Matching
Color matching is done with the aid of a computer database. The database stores the many thousands of paint codes and formulas that make up a specific paint color. Once the paint is mixed it is then checked for variations. Once the final mixture is prepared the parts that have been removed from the vehicle will be edged. Edging is the process where we paint the surface that can not be accessed once the vehicle is reassembled.
7. Body Repairs
The body repair department replaces exterior panels, and all metal finishing that may be required. New or repaired panels are sealed, caulked & rust proof in order to maintain factory like corrosion protection. The vehicle begins to come back to life as sheet metal is installed and aligned. From here the vehicle will go to the paint preparations department.
8. Paint Prep
Paint preparation is a critical step in the refinishing process of every vehicle. All panels are prepared for paint, then chemically etched, primed and sealed to assure good adhesion when the final top color and clear coats of paint are applied.
Top quality Sikkens finish is applied in a spray booth under tightly controlled conditions to keep contaminates out of the paint. After the paint is applied, the vehicle is baked to give the paint a durable and long lasting finish.
Final moldings and detail pieces are put back on the vehicle in the reassembly area. All the vehicle’s systems are checked during this process. The vehicle is almost complete and ready for delivery when it is in this stage.
11. Final Details
During the repair process, the vehicle accumulates dust from the repairs. We will clean your vehicle and make sure all the fine details are complete. Some vehicles may require a road test to ensure that everything is working properly. This final inspection is required to assure that the vehicle is restored to it’s pre-accident condition.
Delivery is the last step in the repair process. When the customer arrives to pick up the vehicle, the bill can be explained in detail and the final paper work is completed. The customer drives away their vehicle that has been restored to it’s original condition.
